This is the worst shop I’ve ever purchased from on Etsy! I purchased full price, only to receive earrings that came apart the same day I received them. It began with beads falling off, the shop owner sent me a 10% credit to buy glue to repair, then the next thing I knew the clips came off and the entire earrings literally came apart. If that wasn’t frustrating enough, the shop owner refused to send me a pre paid shipping label to send them back for a refund. Why should I have to come out of pocket any further to send back earrings that were falling apart! I should be refunded regardless of whether they are sent back or not because the earrings belong in the trash. The shop policies are a scam, so are the products and by far the worst shopping experience with any shop owner.
